We want you to love your Smosh gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
